The rhythms of life here at Solstice are a thing to behold, and here’s where you can keep pace with them.
At Solstice™, the High Line Canal is the route you take when you want an easy start outside. A quick loop can mean a calm dog, a clear head, and a few minutes of peace before the day gets loud. You’ll pass neighbors doing the same thing, kids pedaling ahead on scooters, and birds tucked along the waterline.

A Bike Ride That Fits Between Everything Else
The trails at Solstice™ and High Line Canal access make it easy to squeeze in a ride when you have a pocket of daylight and a little energy to burn. Hop on for a quick loop, catch the breeze, and watch the neighborhood wake back up for the season. You’re back home feeling the good kind of tired, and you have enough evening time left to do whatever’s next.

Living next to Chatfield State Park and Chatfield Lake means you can decide to go last-minute and get a solid dose of fresh air. Some days, it’s a long dog walk with wide-open views and a little wind off the water. Other days, it’s time on the lake, a shoreline stroll, or a shaded spot that turns into an unplanned hour outside.

When the weather turns warm, families practically migrate toward green space. Solstice Park and Holiday Park give kids a place to run around, hit the playground, and burn off extra energy. Even a half hour takes the edge off the evening, and gives a smoother transition into dinner and bedtime.

Solstice™ has a way of turning small pockets of time into sweet memories. Ten minutes outside after dinner. A long walk once the dishes are done. A bike ride while the sun’s still on the yard. With trails, parks, and open space woven into the neighborhood, getting outside becomes the automatic choice.
