The High Line House™ is named for the High Line Canal, which winds its way from Waterton Canyon 71 miles through the Metro Denver area — including through Solstice™! This vital waterway connects rural and urban — exactly like our High Line House™ combines rustic charm with urban elegance. With views of the snow-capped Front Range mountains and both outdoor and indoor attractions, the High Line House™ reflects our commitment to seamlessly blending outdoor and indoor living.
The High Line House™ is the central hub for community life at Solstice™. From the wide patio with ample outdoor seating, you’ll be able to observe much of Solstice’s magic, like our resort-style pool, gatherings on the event lawn, chats and toasting S’mores by the fire pit, and little ones playing at the play park and picnic area.
Inside the High Line House™, a soaring two-story atrium provides plenty of space for watching a game with friends, working on your laptop, or sipping drinks with a loved one by the fire. Whether you’re here for private relaxation or communal celebration, the High Line House™ has you covered. Our interior design is optimized for relaxation and comfort — check out the natural wood, dark stone, sage greens, and soft lighting, reminiscent of a ski lodge or country cabin.
Say goodbye to expensive gym memberships: The High Line House™ has all you’ll need to get a serious sweat session on, like ellipticals, treadmills, weight benches, free weights, medicine balls, and more. Prefer a lower-impact workout? Bring a yoga mat and do stretches, Pilates, or bodyweight exercises in the Movement Studio. Meet up with a workout buddy to keep those New Year's resolutions, or work out solo with a view of snow capped mountains outside.
You’ll find that the High Line House™ is a central hub for community events at Solstice™, from the hot days of summer to chilly winter months. Celebrate holidays with our tree lighting and 4th of July gatherings, or enjoy seasons’ change with fall and springtime celebrations. We’ve even got something for your furry friends, too: Pups and humans alike will love our annual “Puppy Pool Pawty.”
