Close To Denver, Closer To Nature

Beyond Solstice, Chatfield State Park offers water, trails, and endless sky, while nearby Roxborough State Park is known for its dramatic red rock formations.

Solstice is set along the High Line Canal near Littleton, Colorado, close to Chatfield Lake and Chatfield State Park. From Santa Fe Drive, exit at Titan Parkway and follow it west to Roxborough Park Road, then continue on to the community.
With easy access to Highway 85 and C-470, the city stays close whenever you need it, and this corner of Colorado stays close the rest of the time.
